SNOW

2014 I was invited by Olympia Scarry and Neville Wakefield to take part in the show they curated called Elevation 1049. I decided to make a performance/snow drawing. The idea was to color a part of a ski slope with patches of food colors to make a large snow drawing. Once the drawing was finished, the skiers would distribute the colors into a more abstract painting. Unfortunately, I don’t have any images of the later stage of the snow drawing. Sometimes, artists forget to document their works. It did not matter to me; it was essential to be there and create the painting. It was a lot of fun.

Schneezeichnung, Snow Men, and Lights In The Snow are photographs in which I used snow as an inspiration.
